Course Information
A hat or fascinator for that special occasion! On this course you will learn how to make a cocktail hat or fascinator. You will make a base shape and learn how to drape veiling. Also, learn the art of constructing silk flowers and shaping feathers to give your creation that special touch. You will be able to buy all the materials you need on the course.
I am absolutely delighted with my creation and I am sure my family will be queueing up to borrow it.
